Post-hardcore band If It Kills You are sharing their new song and music video “Your Future” from their recently released split with Division of Laura Lee. If It Kills You released their full-length Invisible Self on April 1, 2022, which was produced by Jim Ward of At the Drive-In and Sparta.

Band member Justin Martin shares his thoughts:
“The video is an obvious homage to the 1991 masterpiece ‘Point Break.’ We teamed up with our longtime friend, photographer, and director Joseph Michael Ruiz for this, and we are excited with what he made. We thought the story line was great. If you head out to rob people with guns, you’d probably just get yourself shot instead. A ‘live by the sword, die by the sword’ narrative. It seemed fitting to have our friends in Division of Laura Lee make a fun cameo in the video too, since the song was taken from the split flexi we did.”
