Video Premiere: KNIVES – “Oh This Sin of Mine”

Knives

Our friends from Jacksonville, Florida, skate punk unit KNIVES, are back once again. We’ve debuted a few of their videos before, most recently their song “Home” in December.  They’re still relatively new, having only been formed in 2022 by Danny Attack (vocals/guitar) and Brendan Morrison (screams/guitar) before adding Josh Kidd (drums) and Adam Johnson (bass) to the lineup. They’ve already been making waves in their own scene and beyond, having been signed to Punkerton Records in 2023. Their debut album One Cut Away From Love is due out from Punkerton on November 15.

Today they’re debuting the video for the latest single off their upcoming album called “Oh This Sin of Mine.” Packed with powerful, wistful emotions and a vocal performance reminiscent of Matt Skiba from Alkaline Trio, it’s an emotionally-charged punk ballad for the brokenhearted. The video tells a poignant, punk rock love story that’s sure to hit close to home for a lot of people. Check out the video below.

The single is out on September 13, and you can presave it here. The album One Cut Away From Love is due out November 15, and you can preorder it here. Follow Knives on Facebook and Instagram for future updates.
