Connecticut-based melodic rock band Little Us—which features Rithya Claude (lead vocals and guitar), Ethan Johnson (keyboard and vocals), Alex Pearson (guitar and vocals), and Kallen Colbert (drums)—is leaning into their ’80s music influences, complete with the keytars, harmonies, and lyrics that wear their heart on their sleeve. Pulling influences from ’80s legends like Journey, Def Leppard, and Van Halen, Little Us has developed a soaring sound that’s bound to move mountains and touch hearts.
Later today, Little Us are debuting the video for their new single “Red Handed,” a track with slick modern elements and a synth riff that’s just a classic ’80s nostalgia fest. Combine that with an epic, sweeping music video shot in a scrap yard, and you have an experience that transcends both the modern and the retro into something deeply resonant.
You can check the video out below after it goes live at 7 p.m. EDT.
