Get ready for a healthy dose of nu-metal nostalgia with Nevertel‘s newest video “Losing Faith.” Tampa, Florida’s Jeremy Michael (vocalist), Raul Lopez (rapper/guitarist/producer), and Alec Davis (guitarist) formed Nevertel in 2014 and, since then, they’ve independently released a number of albums and EPs and amassed over 60 million global streams. Earlier this year, they signed to legendary record label Epitaph Records to take the next step in their musical journey and evolution.
Today, the band are debuting their video for their latest single “Losing Faith.” Taking a page out of the Linkin Park handbook, this is slick rap-metal with a powerful emotional punch that will resonate with just about everyone.
“In the music industry, we’ve found that you meet a lot of people that like to make friends only to help their own lives and careers,” explain the band about the song. “This song touches on the experience we’ve all had of realizing that maybe the person you’d die for might not even reach out a hand to save you.”
With a dynamic video that goes far beyond simply watching the band perform the song, “Losing Faith” creates a visceral visual landscape that will take you right into the emotional core of the song. Check out the video below.
