Video Premiere: Nothingheads – ‘Rat’

DIY post-punk psych doom powerhouse Nothingheads are sharing their new song and music video “Rat,” off of their upcoming EP Sunlit Uplands. The video was created by Father Thames. Sunlit Uplands will be released on June 9 via Just Step Sideways Records. “Rat” is a two-minute song that was recorded at Bear Bites Horse Studios by Wayne Adams. The song reflects the same passion and the raw energy that the band showcase when they play live.

The band share their thoughts:

“The video explores a character whose reality is conspiracy and paranoia, making frenetic movements at every turn, connecting dots that do not exist but with no idea of how to piece it together.”
