Idaho/Seattle-based veteran punk band Scatterbox are heading out to embark on their summer and fall tour dates in the Northwest U.S. and Canada. In support of their tour dates, they’re debuting a new video today for the song “Twelve Ounces of Joy” off their 2015 record Enemies. A classic punk rager with an ’80’s hardcore style, “Twelve Ounces of Joy” is as punk rock as punk rock gets. As if that weren’t enough, the video features the band as puppets, directed by elusive puppeteer who has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, and more.

“We all grew up on shows like Fraggle Rock, Alf, and later on were pretty big fans of Crank Yankers,” guitarist Sean Nicol says of the video. “When we found out we had the opportunity to make a music video of a hardcore song with all of us as puppets that look like they came straight from that show, we couldn’t pass it up.”

Check out the video.
