Chicago punk act Showoff are sharing their new song and music video “Crimson,” from their latest EP Haverstraw, which was released through Manic Kat Records.

The band share their thoughts:
“We are old. We are dads and dorks. We are trying to make people think we are fun and exciting, even though we are not. So we made a video together to make us appear less dull than we really are. The hope is that people buy into that so we can go on tour with a band that makes us relevant. We still wear Vans, but with orthopedic inserts. We are more likely to lecture you about your recreational drug use than to join you in it. We are tired and an echo of our past youth.
