Ireland’s four-piece metal act Survivalist are sharing their new song and music video “Deathbed,” which also features vocalist Alex Koehler.
“This song deals with addiction and the choices people that are suffering from addiction face ever day. Between picking their loved ones and the people they care about or something that is consuming them on deeper level than just their physical wellbeing.
We felt that it was really important to have someone with shared experiences feature on this track as we wanted to tell a true, authentic story. We chose Alex because this song resonated with him and he has faced his own personal demons with addiction.”
