Jeremy shares his thoughts:
“Looking at all the music in the city right now, this compilation seemed like a no brainer. Make music with your friends. Throw a party. Go to all the shows you can. It’s way more fun than staying home and looking at your phone and complaining. Every music scene from the past started this way, so why not right now?”
Weird Scene is a compilation of weirdo/garage projects that Jeremy has curated. The record is a homage to his collaborators of his two-decade-long career in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Some of these beautiful people are Kyp Malone from TV on the Radio, Adam Green of Moldy Peaches, and Whispering Matt McAuley of A.R.E. Weapons, Maya Luz, and Headfooter.

The album’s release will be celebrated with a show this Sunday at 101 Nightclub in New York City with performances by Josephine Network, The Stones, Tommy Volume, Maya Luz, Headfooter, and others.
