Worlds Scariest Police Chases are back with another single off their latest album Tell My Mom and Dad I Love My Mom which came out in September on Say-10 Records. We were fortunate enough to premiere a single off that album for these riff-heavy punks from Pittsburgh back in July called “Ain’t No Neckin’ on the New Old Mill.” Now that the album is out and wreaking havoc, the band are back to share their latest music video.
Today, the band are debuting the music video for their single “Smoke Underwater,” a raging melodic hardcore tune with thick, heavy riffage that’s likely to satisfy punks and metalheads alike. The tongue-in-cheek road travel video dabbles in horror elements for hilarious effect, reminding us that WSPC are serious artists and a bunch of fun guys at the same time. “This is our chance to prove to the rest of the band that we’re some of the good ones,” say band members Nick and Dan Nelson, who also directed the video.
