Video Spotlight: Cemetery Sun – ‘There Is No Cure’

Cemetery Sun

Sacramento, California band Cemetery Sun were founded in 2013, with the band name representing where the darkness meets the light, meaning that the band pride themselves on being a “beacon of hope and positivity in times of darkness.” The band have amassed millions of streams and played festivals like Reading / Leeds, Download Festival, So What Festival, and played with artists including Blink 182, All Time Low, and The Score.

Today, we’re spotlighting the video for their latest single “There is No Cure.”

“The more I’ve been humbled by life, it’s made me realize that I have to let go of any ego I ever had and be a part of a bigger solution,” say the band about the song. “I know humans tend to over complicate things, but I think it’s as simple as just treating everyone you come across with kindness.”
Falling on the darker side of the pop-punk spectrum, “There is No Cure” rages forward with clean-cut guitars, slick vocals, electronic elements, and an infectiously fun beat that results in a powerhouse of a track. Check out the video below.
