As representatives of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, DeNORML advocates for legalization through the taxation and regulation of cannabis. We try to dispel decades of rhetoric and marijuana demonization with scientific evidence, medical facts, and economic theories. Our goal is to advocate and educate on ways to support the social good by ending cannabis prohibition in Delaware.
