We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Reliever’s music video for their new single “Mind Trap” (watch it below). Guitarist/vocalist Nate Bezaire comments on the video:
“The video was actually shot in the back of our rehearsal space and tries to capture the chaos and the feeling of stress when finding yourself in a situation you put yourself in. The lyric, ‘from the inside out’, is really the feeling of the song in the thought that if a person’s stress and mental anguish is processed through the brain, then the brain can also find peace and relief as well. Whatever situation you are in, somehow you got there, and somehow you are going to find a way to get out.”
Reliever is 3-piece hardcore band from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Drummer Mat Stewart, Vocalist/Guitarist Nate Bezaire and Bassist Doug Huha began the band in 2016 coming from various local punk acts from the region.
This new single titled “Mind Trap” will be the band’s third release of their first year, following two EPs dropped in 2016. The new single was recorded by Davis Maxwell at Virgil Studios near Niagara Falls and the video was shot and produced by Ryan Brough of Zeebrah Media.
