We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Renegades’ music video for their song “Hysteria” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s latest self-titled EP, which can be purchased/streamed here: Webstore | iTunes | Google Play | Spotify | Bandcamp
The band commented on the song:
‘Hysteria’ deals with the struggle of anxiety, paranoia, and fear, and feeling like the odds are stacked against you. Despite the serious themes of the song, there is a message of hope: you can overcome your inner demons.
About the band:
Renegades is a melodic metalcore band making waves in their local Kansas City scene. Following the vision of vocalist Chase Petersen, strong instrumentation of Seth Roberts on guitar, hard hitting Myles Clayborne on drums, and rhythmic thunder of bassist Joshua Wood, Renegades has quickly built up a strong list of accolades.
After recording their debut EP with Andrew Wade (A Day To Remember, Wage War, Neck Deep) they shot a music video produced by Michael Martenson (Boys of Fall, Invogue Records) for the debut single, “I.H.Y.M.S.” (watch it here).
With songs that match their passion and intensity as musicians, Renegades hit the road playing regionally. Shows including Rocklahoma, direct support for Secrets, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and Rivals.
