Swiss blues trash maven Reverend Beat-Man returns to the United States this week for a surprise pair of California shows, marking this his only U.S. appearances for 2019.  Fresh off a month-long European tour with his counterpart Izobel Garcia, the two reconvene in Los Angeles for a set together followed by Beat-Man’s departure to the Bay Area for a solo performance in Oakland.

Dates and Info Below:
May 2 – The Hi-Hat – Los Angeles, CA (w/Izobel Garcia)
May 4 – The Golden Bull – Oakland, CA  (Reverend Beat-Man solo)

Says the Reverend about these events:

“We [Reverend Beat-Man & Izobel Garcia] play together now for almost five years and released that Baile Bruja Muerto album that is available world wide. We come back to L.A. after an almost all sold-out tour in Europe and Israel. L.A. is always a very special spot for us to play, ’cause it’s like home to us. We have so many memories and friends, and we look forward. This is the last show for me in the U.S.; after that my visa runs out, and it’s a pain in the butt to renew.”

In 2018, Reverend Beat-Man and Izobel Garcia toured the U.S. together in support of their new album, Baile Bruja Muerto, released earlier this year on Voodoo Rhythm Records.
