Canadians Robbie Slade and Peter Ricq know how to navigate around an electro-pop tune made for the dimly lit side of the dance floor. Kicking things up a notch in the experimental avenues, the tribal drumming, gang vocals, post-punk nods and ambient moments ensure that each song takes on its own identity, though the one common bond – the never ending stream of hooks – are consistent enough to make this a must hear album.
