Teamster is a fast paced hardcore band from DC that consist of Jon Moran (vocals), Nam dong (guitar), Justin Reynolds (bass) and Sean Saley (drums). Their 11 song self-titled release is a perfect blend of old school, new school, fast paced and heavy hardcore, that’s also full of sing-along anthems and plenty of dance parts. Songs that standout to me are “Die Well,” “Pawn Takes King” and “We Still Fight.” This album is well written and recorded, starting off powerful and ending the same way. If you’re a fan of Terror, Madball, Cro-Mags and Strength For A Reason pick up Teamster’s self-titled release and join their growing army of fans. (Mr. D)
