Holiday Friends
Night Terrors
(Self-Release)
With a recent addition to solidify their previous rotating member line up, these Oregon alt-rockers hit a career high with a heavy dose of pop influenced tunes where ’80s nostalgia is on board alongside the hallmarks of today’s pop. Though darker moments arise lyrically, the music is not nearly as ominous as the album title implies, instead providing uptempo and hook filled precision that was honed in their own recording studio. I would expect the Holiday Friends fanbase to grow exponentially with this album and it’s likely that this time next year everyone you know will be familiar with them, thanks to their shimmer melodies and irresistible song craft.
