Everybody’s favorite notorious black metal act is back with a live offering of their 1994 album of the same name (considered by many to be a classic within their genre). All eight tracks from said album are here live (and if you’re already familiar with the band, I doubt you need me to list what they are) and taken from last year’s Black Christmas Festival in Sweden. Although black metal’s never really been my thing, I’ve always found the controversies surrounding this band to be fascinating (but that’s a whole ‘nother story itself). If nothing else, this should make a great stocking stuffer for that teenage nephew of yours still sporting corpse paint.
