Album Review: The Struggle – Endless

Originally intended to be a one song effort, The Struggle came together via members of Gimp Fist, Crashed Out, Major Accident and Geoffrey Oi!Cott in an attempt to embrace their respective influences into a different avenue of sound. The result is a darker anthemic quality to their street punk roots, where catchy Oi! and bits of influences from NYHC give this much more diversity than their peers. Gang vocals, plenty of melody and a hard hitting yet memorable delivery make this a stand out on the Pirates Press catalog – and that’s no easy feat.

The 13 track listen comes with a download code, eye catching artwork, and album highlights include tributes to legends Micky Fitz (The Business) and Dickie Hammond (Leatherface), whose legacies certainly live on well in the timeless, punk spirit of Endless.
