As musicians, writers, and industry suits pack up for this year’s SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX, one band is STILL driving around aimlessly looking for somewhere to park their van for 2015’s showcase. West Virginia’s rising rockers Rozwell Kid have experienced such immense difficulty parking in downtown ATX that they even wrote a song about it.
Speaking to The Hard Times, singer/guitarist Jordan Hudkins shared this brand new Rozwell Kid song entitled “South By.” However, Jordan states that the track is “most definitely not about SXSW” or “how awful it can be to park a van at that festival.”
Rozwell Kid is currently looking for places to park across America alongside The Menzingers and SideOneDummy labelmate Jeff Rosenstock.
