A convention-style concert festival in Western Maryland has been announced for February 21 and 22 featuring a lineup of various rock and metal bands including Vastum, Deceased, and Doomstress, as well as a sizable chunk of local bands from the Baltimore area.
Shadow Frost producer M.A. Spiro says:
I am not trying to host bands that you can see at a lot of other festivals, but I want to showcase a few of the best that that underground music has to offer. That has been my philosophy with every event I have done, and I don’t plan to change that.
Along with a massive, musical lineup, festival-goers can enjoy games, free breakfast, yoga, arts and music vendors, and workshops. Tickets start at $30 for Friday, $60 for Saturday, and $89 for a weekend pass. The event is all-ages, and children under 5 can get in for free with a parent or guardian who has paid their own fair.
Tickets are available at shadowfrost2020.eventbrite.com, and hotel rooms are available here, at a discounted rate through today (so get on it).
