New Noise Magazine is pleased to be bringing forth the exclusive premiere of “Hammer Down” by American War Machine. The band is known for their aggressive, adrenaline fueled hardcore. With a bit of raw power pushing through the frames, it is a pleasure to be bringing forth this new single. The upcoming record, Unholy War, is out on April 14th via Bridge 9.

“‘Hammer Down’ is a rowdy, simple, fun song about outrunning the cops. It’s not a song we had written or planned. We were wrapping up things in the studio and I felt the record needed something else – so I was like “Craig I know you got one more” and so he started playing that riff… him and Corey fucked around and worked it out, Trevor helped with arrangement, then I wrote the words and recorded vocals… it came together super fast!” – Truth of American War Machine

Pre-Order Unholy War here

Hailing from Boston and featuring members of Slapshot, Agnostic Front, Blood For Blood, and Intent To Injure, hardcore powerhouse American War Machine deliver their debut album ‘Unholy War’. Picking up where they left off with their Prey Drive EP, American War Machine continue to dish out uncompromising, motor-charged, no frills hardcore punk. These 12 tracks were recorded at The Colossium in New Bedford, MA with Trevor Vaughan (Rival Mob, Have Heart).

This is a rock n' roll takeover.
