We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Great Reversals’ new song “Jaws” (listen below). The track is taken from the band’s four-way split with Funerals, Unrestrained and Liar’s Cult, being released soon through Blasphemour Records. You can pre-order the split here.

“Jaws,” a track that harkens back to the heaviness of bands like Harvest and Snapcase, follows the band’s full-length Mere Mortals. While in the studio recording their LP, the band managed to write “Jaws” jam-room style after hours. Recorded by Andy Nelson at Bricktop Studios in Chicago, the song has a weight to it reflecting the lyrical content that explores the feeling of being lost at sea and condemned to a fate never imagined.

Upcoming Shows:
August 6 – Lansing, MI with Fuck You Pay Me, Dead Church, and more
August 27 – Hamtramck, Mi with Empathy and Trailhead
September 16 – Kitchener, Ontario with Exalt (record release show)
