We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Nopes‘ new song “Corners” (listen below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming album Never Heard Of It, being released on October 14th through Magnetic Eye Records.

The band commented on the song:

“We really wanted a slower mid-pace song for all of the normal people at our shows. Since the song itself seemed more accessible than our others, we also wanted some sort of repulsive theme tied to it. There’s a meth head in SF that used to follow me around, no matter where I was going. He would always pop from around the least suspecting corner too. It was very uncomfortable. So, we made the theme of this song the methman’s strut.”
