We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of All Faces’ new song “The Oaks” (listen below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming self-titled debut EP, which is scheduled to be released in June 2018.
About the band:
All Faces is a folk/pop band from London, led by singing duo Ben and Daphne which was formed in October of 2017. Influenced by the likes of Ben Howard, Vance Joy, Bon Iver, and The Lumineers, they combine strong songs with the unique dynamic of the two lead singers, and have managed to achieve a distinctive pop/folk sound. Experienced performancers, they have played in venues like The Troubadour, The Alhambra, and The New Morning in Paris.
The band is planning on touring the UK to showcase their material, starting with the Hoxton Underbelly on April 25th.
Benjamin was born and raised in Paris. After having started to play the guitar at age 15, he quickly became involved with several bands, getting to play in notorious venues in France: The Bataclan, the New Morning, The Alhambra, The backstage and others.He moved to the UK to attend the British and Irish Institute of Modern Music (BIMM) and met Daphne, with whom he would eventually form All Faces.
Daphne was born in Paris and lived in multiple countries like South Korea and Belgium before moving back to France. Her passion for singing started at age 12 and only grew stronger. By age 16, she had performed in many renowned Parisian venues and then moved to London to pursue her career.
