We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of The Burnt Tapes’ new EP Alterations (listen below), which is scheduled to be officially released on June 2nd through Lockjaw Records. You can purchase the album here.

The band commented on the title track, saying: “The title of the EP Alterations is inspired by the changes that occur in your life as you start to approach the end of your 20s, and how you begin to lose people, either physically or through disconnection.”

The Burnt Tapes will be holding their official EP release party on Saturday, June 3rd at Urban Bar, Whitechapel, London. They commented on the event saying: “We’re hosting a hell of a party on June 3rd at Urban Bar, Whitechapel. We’re inviting our friends Werecats, Triple Sundae, O’Holy Ghost, Wayfairer, Shinjoku Riot (all the way from Mexcio!), and Dark Days performing a very special cover set as PUP. They’ll be bands, palm trees, drinking games and it’s pay what you want so no-one will be turned away for not having enough cash.”

You can RSVP to the release show, as well as find more info, via the Facebook event page.
