We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of C0MPUTER’s new album Consequences of Mass Production Under The Entertainment Regime (or C.0.M.P.U.T.E.R.) – listen below, which is scheduled to be officially released on May 28, 2018 through Infinite Weed Records. You can pre-order the album here.

The first run of C.0.M.P.U.T.E.R. will include 50 cassettes, 20 CDs, and 10 flash drives (which will contain MIDI and tablature). Cover art is by Cassidy Jones, the lead vocalist for the band.

C0MPUTER features members of Orlando/Philadelphia indie/emo band Vivian K.

C0MPUTER (with a zero for an ‘o’) formed in Philadelphia and released their first EP how the neobrutalists won the west in June 2017, which Maximum RocknRoll described as a “balance [of] searing, unapologetic social criticism and obscenity.”

C.0.M.P.U.T.E.R. was recorded at Infinite Weed Records in Philadelphia and mastered by Nick Zampiello (who’s worked with Daughters, Converge, Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza and a bajillion other bands) at New Alliance East. C0MPUTER has drawn eclectic comparisons–from Melt Banana and The Number 12 Looks like you to System of a Down. Their lyrics address subjects such as gender roles, classism, racism, religion, the systemic abuse of power, and cultural narcissism in the age of social media.
