We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Starving Arts’ new 7″, titled Funeral Days, which is scheduled to be officially released through Black Numbers tomorrow, October 6th. You can purchase the 7″ here.
The band commented on the release:
“‘Funeral Days’ is our first 7” and we’re all incredibly proud of it. It was recorded last December in an old re-purposed church in the woods of northern New Jersey by Brett Romnes. Carl Saff mastered it and Hannah Letourneau hand-painted all the artwork for us. We put an immense amount of effort and care into crafting and tracking these songs, and we’re super excited to finally share them with everyone. This is the record I’ve always wanted to make, and I really hope that it resonates with some people.
We’re going out on an East Coast tour with our friends in Broken Field Runner this November. We’ve already got two more new songs recorded for a split release that should be announced soon. We’ve also been hard at work writing our first LP. We’re just about done with it and are hoping to get in the studio to record it in early 2018.“
