We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Strike Twelve’s new music video for their song “Joe’s Apartment” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s latest album Down With the Ship, which is available through Felony Records. You can purchase the album here.
The band commented on the new video:
“Joe’s Apartment’ is the first of hopefully many videos for our new album ‘Down With the Ship.’ We again enlisted the help of our long-time friend Adam Carr, who has done several killer videos for us in the past, including last year’s ‘Finish the Game’ and our Blind Melon cover, ‘No Rain.’ The song is about being overwhelmed with a million responsibilities, and ultimately realizing that no matter how busy you are, you still need to make time to relax and do the things you love.”
Strike Twelve also recorded a cover song of the Vandals; track “Pizza Tran” for Felony Records Goes Bowling Vol. 2, which was a challenge to the Felony roster to cover any band playing PRB this year at either Las Vegas, Denver or New Jersey. This FREE CD is being passed out all Punk Rock Bowling long.

About the band:
Strike Twelve is every bar owner/patron’s dream – a beer-drinking, song-playing, ass-kicking, energetic party on stage. It’s hard to say exactly what to expect from a show, but having Strike Twelve in the lineup means you’re in for a fun night.
The band first started jamming together in 2000 when its three founding members – Matty T (guitar/vocals), Joey T (bass/vocals), and Danny B (drums) – were all sophomores in high school. They met through a common love of fast, energetic music and a desire to release their aggression through their musical instruments together. “We keep doing this shit because it gets our adrenaline going and allows us to share our excitement and good times with those around us,” says Joey.
Now, over 15 years and 200 shows later, the same three founding members are joined by Joey’s younger brother Andy on second guitar, who has added a shredding ferocity to their characteristic sound. They’ve shared the stage with many of the acts that inspired them, including Strung Out, Propagandhi, Reel Big Fish, Guttermouth, Pulley, Unwritten Law, Authority Zero, Death By Stereo and Voodoo Glow Skulls.
They signed to Felony Records in 2009 and have since released four albums as part of the Felony family. In 2016, they joined forces with their friends in Margate to release a 7″ record entitled Strike Twelve & Margate Do Each Other, in which the two bands cover a pair of their favorite songs by the other band. This year, they’ve outdone themselves with the release of their latest full-length, Down With the Ship, which is available on CD, colored 12″ vinyl, and all major digital outlets.
Strike Twelve continues to persevere, pushing forward with an unabiding vigor, fueled by their strong love for the punk rock genre and community. Armed with the unmatched chemistry that only comes with years of experience together, they eagerly chase the next stage in their adventure.
