We’re excited to reveal the retail cover of New Noise Magazine issue #45 with Teenage Bottlerocket on the cover, as well as a second flexi featuring an exclusive song written by Teenage Bottlerocket bassist Miguel Chen titled “Olivia Goes To Bolivia” – recorded at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, CO. Cover art by Chris Shary.

Grab a copy of the issue here.

Chen comments on the song:

“My wife Lily and I were sitting one day talking about how we hope our baby Olivia goes on even more adventures than we have. We were dreaming of the places she’d go and Lily mentioned Bolivia. I instantly thought ‘Olivia goes to Bolivia…hmmm….’ After two obsessive days, the song was written and shittily demoed on my laptop. It’s about Olivia kicking ass and eating humintas.”

The issue also includes a Masked Intruder flexi, with the band covering Joan Jett’s song “Bad Reputation” (stream it here). You can also purchase the Masked Intruder cover variant of issue #45 here.
