The song is a light, breezy pop tune with stunningly beautiful melodies that creates a sense of nostalgia, making for a beautiful pop tune. DryBoy’s vocals are earnest and yearning, which adds to the sense of nostalgia and wanting to get back to happy memories. The track opens and closes on voicemail messages that tell the story of a promising love story that ends in bitterness and anger.
