Welcome to the working week, rockers! Good Teal is a garage/hardcore band from Union, New Jersey. They recently put out their second single ever called “Lookout” alongside a music video that’s now streaming on YouTube.
“Lookout” is a blistering hardcore track reminiscent of Turnstile with its echoing vocals and abrupt changes in tempo. The drums, which border on blast beats, add a sense of urgency to the song as they fire off like a machine gun. The gritty, black-and-white video, which features the vocalist alone at night in the middle of a city, gives a harsh and bleak sense of urban loneliness. Check out the video below.
