Rude Films are a psychedelic post-punk band from Manchester, U,K. They’re releasing a new single and video today called “Death Hex,” and the video is streaming now on YouTube.
“Death Hex” starts out with an onslaught of pure noise before giving way to an ethereal post-punk track laden with mesmerizing synths, shoegaze-esque guitars, and haunting vocals. The video, with its trippy camera techniques that flash colors and lights across the screen, perfectly matches the dreamy nature of the song itself. This is a complex and powerfully emotional track that really delivers on emotional catharsis. Check out the video below.
