The eponymous Seely Jurgens Band—formed by Kyle Seely (Sheer Mag) and Justin Jurgens (Ingrates, Dust Star) shared their first release of 2026 at the end of March with “Don’t Be Afraid Of Me Or My Love.”
The song blends a love story with a Halloween-esque werewolf tale. Over a soft rock-meets-country riff, the Seely Jurgens Band warns of odd shadows and sudden death, but asks that the fear does not cloud love. In their eyes, there is plenty to be afraid of in the world—even the most seemingly random accidents—but love is not one of them. Watch the official video for “Don’t Be Afraid Of Me Or My Love” here.
