High Priestess’ new song “Casting the Circle” from their album of the same name out April 10 via Ripple Music, will get you ready for casting some serious sacred circles this spring.

High Priestess are a heavy psych doom trio from Los Angeles throwing down lush harmonies and psychedelic crushing riffs and grooves. Consisting of Katie Gilchrest on guitar and vocals, Mariana Fiel on bass and vocals, and Megan Mullins on drums, they have created a sound that echoes both past and future incarnations of doom and psychedelia.

The band self-released a five-song demo in July 2017 that, through sheer word-of-mouth, gained high critical praise and a growing fanbase. Recently signing with Ripple Music, the demo saw a full release as the bands self-titled first album in May of 2018. Tours, both domestic and abroad, will abound to spread the gospel of thick fuzz and rhapsodic melody. Basically, wherever this band can go, they will go. Prepare to worship at their altar.
