If living through a global pandemic and existing in the same universe as Joe Exotic didn’t make living in 2020 feel weird enough for you, New Noise has something for you that might just do the trick. Today we are premiering “Germinites,” a thirteen-minute harsh noise and doom metal track from Hull-based Parasitic Twins and Reading hosted Victim Unit. You can check out the whole monstrous mashup below:

Produced by Victim Unit’s Danny Page and released through Man Demolish Records, the track absolutely bleeds catharsis like a minced meat sculpture of the human-psyche brought to life by an electro-chemical infusion of Bongripper and the Butthole Surfers at their most irascibly obtuse.

As Page describes it, “The collaboration recording was created over one day between VU and The PT. The sound engulfs what we both represent as artists and spews back out a far more disgusting beast.”

“Geminites” follows The Parasitic Twins’ ravaging God Mode EP released earlier this year, and is their first collaboration since 2018’s split with the crust punk cavalcade The Carnival Rejects, titled The Parasitic Rejects. The six-track collaboration included their lo-fi heavy cover of the 90s classic “Spaceman” by Babylon Zoo, and all proceeds of the sale of the record were donated to The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).
