Get into the week with Talk Me Off’s latest slice of punk fury, “Cursed,” from their forthcoming album of the same name out February 14 via Smartpunk Records.

Forming in the fall of 2017 with the goal in mind of being an unwavering source of ear-splitting guitar, vivacious bass, steadfast drums, and dueling, harmonious vocals, Talk Me Off are a force to be reckoned with. Meeting through touring, hanging in bars, screen printing, and a general distaste for everyday life, they decided playing in a band together was destiny.

After releasing their first self-titled EP, they dedicated their time to bottling the energy and feel of their live show by stepping into the studio to record Cursed.

“‘Cursed’ is a song about negative thoughts and how they take over your life,” says Holly Herzog, vocals and guitar. “When you can’t stop beating yourself up and feel like it’s never going to change. Being cursed with those negative thoughts to the point of self-destruction and trying to keep from drowning in them.”
