Horror rockers We’re Wolves recently dropped their new single “Sell Your Soul” from their upcoming LP, Evil Things, out October 22, and we reckon it’s a must-listen!
We’re Wolves continue to share their dark humor in the new single’s video, parodying Wolf of Wall Street, but instead of people buying and trading stocks, these demons are buying and trading souls. Vocalist AJ Diaferio says:
“This song is based on greed. Wanting to live a lavish life like the celebrities we see on TV and on social media. The desire to have everything you ever wanted but cannot obtain, and the willingness to sell your soul to the devil to get it. Being sick of your mundane life, and simply wanting more. This song to me is greed in its purest form.”
Combining metal sub-genres and hard rock with high-octane energy, the band constantly push the boundaries of entertainment through satirical yet theatrically morbid visuals that play off of their carefully crafted aggressive sound.
Their debut full-length, Evil Things, coming just in time for Halloween, takes inspiration from Dante’s Divine Comedy. The album takes the listener on a sonic and lyrical journey through the underworld of Hell. Forged in the fires of the inferno, Evil Things delivers a ground-shattering debut for We’re Wolves. The album also features appearances by Bryan Kuznitz of Fame On Fire and Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills.
We’re Wolves will appear at Florida’s most coveted horror convention, Spooky Empire, on October 23 following the album release.
