We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Victory Kid’s music video for their song “Clownin” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming Thrillenials EP., which is scheduled to be released on July 27, 2018.

The band commented on the song:

‘Clownin’ is a real life thriller movie that flows between ska, reggae and punk so quick it makes your head spin. The inspiration is drawn from the weird clowns that were appearing in 2016-2017. This song is meant to be a depiction of a nightmarish dream.

About the band:

Los Angeles natives Victory Kid combine their passion of political activism with their high energy blend of pop-punk, ska, and rock to create a band completely unique to their genre. Just this past May the band released their EP Illenials to rave reviews, which featured the popular protest song, “Tuck Frump.”

Now with their follow-up Thrillenials coming out in July, the band will continue the momentum built from their previous release. The EP was engineered, mixed, mastered and co-produced by Allan Hessler (Goldfinger, The Used, Serj Tankian). Additionally, horns were recorded by Real Big Fish’s very own Matt Appleton

Victory Kid is Harrison (vocals), Nate Dawg (bass), and Carlo (drums).
