We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of 18th & Addison’s new music video for their song “War” (watch below). The track is taken from the band’s second studio album Makeshift Monster, which will be released on July 15th through their own label. Makeshift Monster consists of 11 tracks.
You can pre-order the album on iTunes and receive two instant gratification tracks (“War” and “Moving Mountains”). Advance physical copies can be pre-ordered through the band’s webstore, where the first 50 orders will receive a special handwritten lyric booklet.
Tom Kunzman of 18th & Addison comments:
“Sometimes as we get older, we need a reminder of who we are if we start to lose ourselves down the road. In this case, it’s a necessary shove out of your bubble of anxiety and into a social environment for the better. It’s also a sucker punch to the face from the ghost of your younger self for nearly giving up on your passions for a conventional lifestyle. Basically, growing up doesn’t have to mean giving up and we know there’s a lot of people out there of all ages who need to realize that they’re not the only ones who feel that way sometimes and that they don’t have to give in to what others expect of them!”
18th & Addison, the Toms River, NJ alt/rock duo, consists of Tom Kunzman (A Criminal Risk) and Kait DiBenedetto (Just Kait, What’s Eating Gilbert).
