We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Acranius’ music video for their new single “Kingmaker” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming third full-length Reign Of Terror, which is scheduled to be released on January 27, 2017 through Rising Nemesis Records.
The band comment on the new single / video:
“We are very proud to present to you our new music video for the song ‘Kingmaker’ off our upcoming third full-length album, ‘Reign Of Terror.’ The character you can see in the video illustrates the protagonist of our concept album who was born as a king and will die as a liar in the end. A fitting concept to tackle as the most common threat to humanity throughout history has often been the hubris and cruelty of those in power.”

Based in Germany, and active since 2009, brutal slamming death metal unit Acranius having been tearing it up for many years now. The band are seasoned road warriors and in the last two years have done high profile tours with groups such as the well known UK act Ingested in April of 2015, as well as having just finished a 2016 winter tour with Within Destruction whose 2016 album Void received a lot of attention and praise. All their time spent touring has helped sharpen the band’s deadly art into an even finer instrument of death, which has resulted in them crafting their best music to date on Reign Of Terror.
