New Noise Magazine is pleased to finish the week with “World You Burn” by Darkness Divided. The song is off of the final release for the band, The End Of It All, which is out March 9th. It is an independent release, but as “World You Burn” showcases, still carries the band’s incredibly heaviness that enriches their sound. The vocals are thrilling, the guitars gnashing and the drum patterns spastic. Take a listen to the track below, and be sure to help fund this final chapter of Darkness Divided.

“After years of traveling, sleeping on floors, and hanging with you guys, we are calling it a day. Darkness Divided has been a huge part of our lives, and the memories we’ve made with you guys will stick with us for life. The End of It All EP is an extension of our self titled, musically. We feel like the self titled and this EP are our best works and are a fitting way to close this chapter of our lives. Thank you for being a part of DD and we hope you can enjoy this music for as long as you may jam it!”

Pre-Order The End Of It All here.

Darkness Divided was formed in 2010 by three brothers: Christopher, Joseph and Gerard Mora. After years of playing shows around the Midwest and releasing an EP recorded at Lambesis Studios in 2012, the band signed to Victory Records early 2014. After touring throughout the year with bands like Silent Planet and appearing on several festivals the band put out their debut album Written In Blood August 2014. After that, the band toured the US and Eastern Canada with bands such as Close Your Eyes, Phinehas, and more through the end of 2014 and 2015.

The fall of 2015, Darkness Divided went home to write for their second release. Their self titled sophomore album dropped spring 2016 and followed with tours with Soilwork, Unearth, Fit For An Autopsy, WovenWar and an appearance at Christmas Rock Night in Germany.

After countless lineup changes, the band decided it was time to call it a day on our own terms with a farewell EP and tour. The End of It All EP will be released independently and drops 3/9. They will tour one last time with Charcoal Tongue (Spinefarm Records) from 3/28-4/14 with a final weekend of shows 5/11-12.
