We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Double Overtime’s new music video for their song “Turkleton” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s debut album Definitely Not, which is scheduled to be released on December 13th, and will be available through Spotify, iTunes, Amazon and Bandcamp.
The band comments:
“This album was a labor of love and a testament to the struggles that we all face while growing up. Balancing work, a social life, bills and everything else that comes with being an adult who refuses to let their inner child slip away. Responsibilities suck, so we wrote about the things that we do when we are trying to forget them. We just wanted to write something that we can have fun playing and that makes other people as carefree as the times that we are singing about in these songs.
This album was heavily influenced by bands like Blink 182, Four Year Strong and homestate icons Saves The Day. The album was co-produced/mixed/mastered by our long time friend and collaborator Kevin Kumetz at Barbershop Studios in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and the video was shot by Nick Cusworth at Arpeggia Media.”
