New Noise Magazine is pleased to bring forth the music video premiere for “Loathe Letter” by The Happy Alright. The video contains footage of the band playing their extremely infectious song live, with beautiful backgrounds being provided from the many balloons surrounding them. The song is full of soaring vocal melodies and crushing guitars. The drums keep a steady pulse to the song, collapsing for the retrospective bridge until the outro, which isa quick and beautiful end to a powerful track. Watch the video below.

“‘Loathe Letter’ is about the struggle behind embracing the past as a stepping stone rather than a curse. For the video, we really just wanted to have a good time and have it be something that people could laugh at despite the underlying cynicism. We wanted to go for a drab, dark comedy sort of vibe, and the director, Travis Beverly, really helped us achieve that vision in an exciting way.” – Sterling Gavinski, guitar/vocals

Established in 2011, Dallas-based alternative rock act The Happy Alright have finally found themselves in a place to take their music to new heights.

Founding members Sterling Gavinski and Mason Steeger have graduated from college and now have the chance to share the positive vibes and explosive live performances that they’re most known for.

After releasing their debut EP Vacancies in March 2016, the band landed a slot at So What?! Music Festival and have played gigs with fellow rockers A Will Away, Fossil Youth, Life Lessons and Hot Mulligan over the past few months.

The Happy Alright have been making a name for themselves, and with their newfound freedom, they’re set and ready to bring THA to the next level.

Members: Sterling Gavinski (vocals and guitar), Johnathon Ballew (guitar and vocals), Mason Steeger (Bass), and Chris Haynes (drums)
