Born in the winter of 1976, presumably at the exact time that the Ramones’ first album hit store shelves and the Damned’s “New Rose” sprung onto British airwaves, Jiffy Marx has been described as “more punk than Big Star and more pop than Buzzcocks.” If that doesn’t spell a good time, then good times as a species are extinct. Thank god that’s not the case!

Let the good times roll with New Noise‘s premiere of Jiffy Marx’s latest song “She’s My Witch,” the music video for which you can witness with your very own eyes below:

“She’s My Witch” is off of Jiffy Marx’s She’s My Witch / Warning Sign 7″ which drops November 20 via Snappy Little Numbers Quality Audio Recordings .

On his new single and video, Jiffy just wanted to let you know the following…

“I had a lot of fun doing this video and, even tho I’m no animator that’s for sure, I’m still pretty happy with how it turned out. I did go to art school and worked many years ago as a compositor but these days I spend most of my time making music and being a dad. Oh and a husband too, I guess. This song is about my wife!”

Someone cue The Eagles… Ok, turns out I’m the only one here. Forget it, I’ll have to do it myself!
