We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Levels’ new music video for their song “Slip” (watch it below). The band comments:

“The idea behind the lyrics of ‘Slip’ comes from the constant feeling of being trapped inside your own mind. I believe everyone has those thoughts and ideas of what or who they want to be, but the constant pressures of the people around them impact what they actually do. Letting our minds ‘slip’ from those constant pressures and images engraved in our heads allows us to become a person that we are proud to be and comfortable with being.”

Levels is a five-piece progressive metalcore band hailing from the Central Arkansas area that formed in 2015. The band, consisting of Rob Mathews, Dalton Kennerly, Jager Felice, Jake Sanders, and Jacob Hubbard quickly grew with the help of the Central Arkansas music scene since their first show in December of 2015.

Levels developed their sound from many notable bands such as Volumes, ERRA, Fit For a King, Periphery, and Novelists. Throughout their short time as a band, Levels has shared the stage with artists including Beartooth, Silent Planet, ’68, Rival Choir, Convictions, Tear Out the Heart, and The Devil Wears Prada.

From the start, Levels has always made it a goal to play music that is enjoyable to them and to leave an impression on their audience with their energy on stage and meaningful lyrics. They band has toured and plans their tours around places they want to see and experience in person. Within the next year or two, the band plans to tour the rest of the United States and eventually expand into Canada.
