On an unexpectedly dark and rainy Sunday night, Nico and the Nights coalesced in a Venice Beach garage. Their doomy sound brings together elements of heavy shred, stoner riffage and existential anguish. Their debut single “Sabbath Bloom” is a playful yet since homage to the metal gods of yesteryear, a loving act of psychedelic violence, and we’re pleased to be premiering the music video for the song today (watch below). The video was shot at De Soto Gallery in Venice, CA.
