“Divide is about the political climate we’re in- not just where we are, but where we’ve been and how we got here. Throughout the video, the clips get progressively older as it goes on- making the point that it feels like we’re moving backwards. It’s not only our system, but it’s us. It seeks to highlight the hive mind mentality we’re in, and more importantly that our opinions, our political apathy, and our overall choices have led us to where we are now.
