Video Premiere: Pick Your Poison – “Parseltongue”

We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Pick Your Poison‘s new music video for their song “Parseltongue” (listen below).

The band comments on the song: “This track is something we have worked on for a very long time. From writing, to rehearsing, to packing up and heading north for a week to record it. This song is everything that PYP exemplifies. When five friends spend enough time creating something they deeply care about, from scratch, eventually you get the recipe perfect. We left it all on the table, and tried to put everything we had into the song. This is something we are proud of, and something we are extremely excited to show you.”

Owensboro, Kentucky is known for various things. Including world class Bourbon, and some of the best barbecue you could hope to find… but Rock & Roll? Yes! The small Kentucky town has also given birth to the force of sound known as Pick Your Poison. The quintet have been relentless in their efforts to break out of their hometown, and onto the national stage. With a DIY ethic, the band have released two E.P.’s, one full length record titled “No Holds Barred (Afflicted Records), and are independently releasing their latest effort “Parseltongue”. The track was engineered by Nick Scott (Attila, Asking Alexandria, Miss May I, Crown The Empire, Emmure) at Metro 37 Studios in Michigan. Pick Your Poison strive to bring you into the chaos they have crafted; with a live show full of energy, they metaphorically punch you in the face, and you’ll love every minute of it. From touring with Standby Records artist Light The Fire, to sold out shows with Drowning Pool, the group have a little something to offer everyone.
